With over a decade of experience in property management and customer service, Lamyra Williams founded Cultured Key Society after recognizing a critical gap — Black professionals in leasing, property management, and real estate lacked a dedicated space to connect, advance, and be seen. Her deep industry background shaped her into a leader who values collaboration, mentorship, and innovative solutions that elevate both people and performance.
A passionate advocate for mental health awareness in property management workplaces, Lamyra believes a thriving professional environment starts with well-being, balance, and support. Through CKS, she creates tangible pathways for career development, industry certifications, leadership training, and open dialogue — giving back to the property management community she is deeply committed to transforming.
